Article 1: Definitions
Content: refers to brands, logos, product names, domain names, graphics, videos, photographs, software applications, animations, texts, sales descriptions and elements, whether visual and/or sound.
Cookie: refers to a text file stored by the web browser on the user's RAM, which is used to memorize the user's preferences for future use.
Services: refers to the services offered by Tupperware on the Site and detailed in article 5 below relating to the contents of the Site and its variations.

Article 3: Scope of application of legal notices
The present legal notice is in English and is intended to provide information on the conditions of use of the Site and its variations. They are applicable exclusively between TUPPERWARE Eastern Europe s.r.l (hereinafter referred to as "Tupperware Romania") and any Internet user wishing to access the Site and its variations and/or use the Services.
Article 4 : Accessibility conditions
The Site, its variations and the Services are generally accessible 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, however, please note that during maintenance operations, their accessibility may be temporarily affected.
Article 5: Protection of personal data
By filling in some of the forms on the Site and its variations, you will be asked to provide Tupperware Romania with personal information. We invite you to consult our Privacy Policy concerning the protection of personal data.
Article 6: Site content
In general, Tupperware Romania considers that the information or content you send to the Site, its variations and the application, by e-mail or other means of communication constitute non-confidential information and entirely free of rights, with the exception of your personal data. This information and content notably includes questions, answers, comments, suggestions and other similar messages that you send spontaneously to the Site and its declinations, as well as hypertext links to other Internet sites or to documents and files hosted by other sites.
Tupperware Romania has no control over the content of these sites, documents, files and other information posted by Internet users. Tupperware Romania cannot be held responsible for the targets of these external links and other posts.
Article 7 : Intellectual property
The Contents of the Site and its variations are protected by the legislation relating to intellectual property in force in France, and this for the whole world. They are made available on the Internet for individual consultation in a private context.
Tupperware Romania expressly prohibits any act of extraction, reuse or public availability of the content of the databases accessible on the Site and its variations. Unless expressly authorized in advance by Tupperware Romania, all acts of reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification or translation, even partial, of the content made available on the Site and its variations are also prohibited.
In addition, the TUPPERWARE trademarks are the property of DART INDUSTRIES, INC. Distinctive signs, in particular trademarks, logos, company names, trade names, brand names, titles and domain names owned by TUPPERWARE Romania or its partners, are legally protected and may not be used without the prior written authorization of their owner.
Any unauthorized use of the Site Content and its variations constitutes civil and criminal offences and renders the user civilly and/or criminally liable on the grounds of copyright infringement and/or distinctive sign rights, and possibly on the grounds of unfair competition and/or parasitism.
Article 8: Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present legal notice is subject to Romanian law. In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation, validity and consequences of this legal notice, and in the absence of an amicable solution, the Bucharest courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
